If you tend to think of Minecraft as an unrealistic game with poor graphics, RT Legendary Textures may well prove you wrong. As its rather grandiloquent name announces, this Legendary Knight pack promises you a quite unique visual experience, so far it pushes the realism and the level of detail.

First of all, the experience offered by RT Legendary Textures is fully modular: the pack is available in 256x, but also in 512x, 1024x, 2048x… and even 4096x! As far as I can remember, a pack with such a resolution had never been presented before on Minecraft-France. It goes without saying, however, such a gargantuan resolution requires a powerful computer, otherwise you face significant slowdowns.

No matter which resolution catches your eye, RT Legendary Textures is committed to high-end realism. For this, it relies on a number of tools. First, the 3D textures. Often considered as a blind spot for ultra HD packs, they are very widely used here. A good example of this judicious use is the bookcase, which is actually made up of planks on which are placed books, rather than a monolithic block. These libraries also have the merit of introducing alternative textures: not only are the textures HD, but in addition they are available in several versions. Finally, in a realistic logic, there is also a certain number of connected textures, which depend on neighboring blocks.

In addition, RT Legendary Textures takes advantage of its resolution to play with materials and their textures. We thus find slightly dented armor, but also metal blocks so finely crafted that you have to zoom in to appreciate the full extent of this work of goldsmith. This desire to produce textures as realistic as possible considerably reinforces the immersion, giving real depth to each block, which has its own identity.
